Cancellation Policy

At Roshni Travels, we understand that plans may change. Below is our detailed cancellation policy to ensure a smooth experience:

Day Before Arrival	Charge	Subject to a Minimum of	Comment
0-7 days	100% of total package	-	No refund
7-15 days	30% of total package	Rs. 25000	Whichever is higher
15-20 days	25% of total package	Rs. 18000	Whichever is higher
20-30 days	20% of total package	Rs. 10000	Whichever is higher
More than 30 days	10% of total package	Rs. 5000	Whichever is higher

No refund is possible in case of cancellation after the tour starts.
No refund is possible if the tour is cancelled due to bad weather, civil/political disturbances, or anything beyond human control. However, the entire team will assist in making alternate arrangements in such cases.
